Shipping and Returns

Postage and packaging €5 within Ireland, including Northern Ireland

Free delivery in Ireland on orders over €45

Delivery to UK €10

Delivery to Rest of World €15

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving order notification. At certain busy times of the year, for example Christmas or Easter, dispatch within 48 hours may not be possible. If any product is out of stock we will contact you using the contact details provided when ordering.

Orders are delivered at ambient temperature, please note that Noo Chocolates cannot take responsibility for the condition chocolates are received in, especially if the order is for delivery to a hot location.
