Our Chocolates

At Noo Chocolates, we know how lucky we are to be based in the beautiful County Mayo, one of the jewels in the crown of the Wild Atlantic Way. In our fantastic county, there are many small artisan producers, each one passionate about their amazing products. We love to use these products in our chocolates to help tell the story of why Mayo is the place you want to be! Our small artisan suppliers include Achill Island Sea Salt, Lough Measc Distillery, and Bean West Coffee. We add fresh Irish cream and butter to bring even more luxury to our unique and exciting flavours.

The chocolate we use is high quality couverture Belgian chocolate, sourced through the sustainable Cocoa Horizons programme, specially selected to show off the fabulous flavours inside!
